The only thing I would say against this product is that if you are a decent/normal sized guy, you may find the rubber ring quite tight and uncomfortable. Once removed, the pump works amazingly well. You can also use it with a cock ring as long as it fits into the cylinder. I found this is the best way to use the product. After 15 minutes of using the pump my wife and I noticed an immediate increase in length and girth. I will be using the product over a 6 month period to see its results and will be posting them. Great fun for single or couple use. Be careful as this pump has power!

I have bought 3-4 different pumps over a 10 yr span and this one for sure outperformed all others.
