It's a different feeling, it's not the real thing but it's an acceptable substitute. I'm no spring chicken, so it takes awhile to launch old rocket. So for endurance training this could be the ticket. I won't shoot a load inside it, what if it ends up in the pump? Motors seem strong enough, they do get warm so I sit it on a hard surface for air flow. Its loud so you'll need some privacy. Wish the sleeve was at least 2" longer for the above average length, that would be a nice accessory. So overall it's a fun tool for your tool, so 4 stars. With multiple levels between the two adjustments you should find a setting you like. Its little pricey, but seems to be solidly built. Here's bye bye to no more headaches, begging, too tired or being mad at you. Cheers.
