I ve been using traditional shaped pumps for pussies and finally splurged for this one after months of filling up the cup. Finally got to new pump levels and it was an AMAZING time!!!

I've only started using it, so it might be too early to give a good rating. Size is no problem, the tube is huge! The sealer/adapters work well and size was no problem there as well. My complaint is that I don't get quite the suction I want with that squeeze bulb pump. It might get better with more use, I'll just have to keep it up (pun intended).

I love this product it is what I always wanted to buy. I was amazed by the cilinder when I got it it seems too long, but I'm getting there little by little.

As a larger man myself I find it hard to find a pump larger than 6 inches so this is a very nice pump for the big guys that only wanna be bigger. The only down side to this beauty is the bulb pump doesn't get the best suction like a trigger pump or pistol pump can.

This pump is great. The silicone(or whatever they are) ends should have more padding to the pelvic area. But guys, if you want a hint, draw a hot bath. Take off the purple bulb that's used for suction. Fill the enlarger up with about 3/4 of nice hot bath water. Put it on your semi erect to fully erect cock and use your mouth for suction. The warm water in the tube relaxes everything. Your mouth gets way more suction then the bulb. Just make sure not to flick the whit piece or you will lose suction. Now, the method is. Twenty minutes at a comfortable suction in the warm bath. Then remove and jelque for 30 seconds or so. Grab the base, squeeze and pull to the tip. Then Release. Do not stroke. You want to force blood in and expand. Remember if its too uncomfortable to stop! Then repeat the suction and "milking" two times more.. Even after the first time you will notice a huge difference. The thing is if you don't make this a routine it will go back to the way it was. Also if you do this too much you will have to rely on devices or pills to keep it hard. Good luck gentlemen

I love this big pump! I tested it thoroughly and it is all good except for a very slow leak. It is at the vacuum release valve button and the vacuum is being drawn through the push button itself.
The suction bulb is fine and it doesn't leak. It provides sufficient vacuum to pump up my cock from 7" long soft to a fully engorged, rock hard 9"L x 2 1/4"W with 1/4"of side clearance left, I'm filling the majority of the cylinder to the point that it feels like any more vacuum and my cock would explode!
Although my release valve leaks and should be replaced (covered by the manufacturer), I like this pump because of its dimensions. It is the only one I found that is big enough for me!
Now, I just have to keep on pumpin' 'till I can pack the whole cylinder full of meat!! {:P

This product is relatively cheap and fun to see what a pump is like.
While you can easily place it against your crotch, pump away and achieves a decent erection, when my erection hits about 6.5-7", the pump oddly seems to 'lose pressure'. You can hit the 'release' button and no 'pressure' is removed.
If at that point, you pump it more with the hand pump and if you hit release immediately after; yes, some pressure is released. Leave it alone for 15s and nothing happens. So basically, even with a fairly raging erection which you'd think would cause a tight seal at the base, this device leaks pressure fairly fast/badly.
So you need to pump at least every 3-5s to maintain pressure and faster than every 3s to gain pressure.
As the pressure gets higher though, it takes longer for the pump bulb to fill and eventually I think you can't get much over 1.2 PSI maybe at most. It's hard to know how much suction your getting as there's no pressure valve with this pump.
I guess I can't argue with the price but the product is cheaply made(bad suction/seal + loses pressure). If you are serious about penis pumps, stay away from this penis pump and aim for a better one /w a pressure gauge that uses a gun-style pump and not ball-pump.
