There is a substantial size difference between the b7 and the B10. The b7 is fairly average in size. It's fairly manageable to most . This one will take some work, especially in your ass ! Each head feels more and more amazing and feels just as amazing coming out as going in!

I just moved up from an 8" circumference up to this bad boy. The smaller one was made of firmer material that was difficult on insertion. This one is a Cadillac, a luxury car.
